Kim has been competing in various levels of dressage for more than 15 years. She is a USDF Bronze Medalist, currently competing at Open and Breed-Specific shows as well as schooling shows.

Kim is an active member of Midwest Dressage Association, United States Dressage Federation, United States Equestrian Federation and Arabian Horse Association.  She trains regularly with Jochen Hippensteil, head trainer of Tempel Lipizzans and Lars Peterson of Legacy Farms, Wellington, FL.
